This watch is much faster compared to older versions without the drastic increase in price. It may not be able to be completely submerged but if you don't plan to intentionally swim or shower with it, then you can go without that feature. Also, it doesn't have the gps capabilities without your phone in range, however, if you don't go running you can go without this feature as well. There are consistently new app being released for the watch that make it more enjoyable. The sounds for notifications aren't too loud but I still notice them. I feel like I use it a lot at work (we aren't allowed to have our phones on us) and at the gym. I was pleasantly surprised by how well the heart rate monitor works. Overall, a great value for the price.

I have an Apple Watch that my husband gave me is a gift. I like that it is stylish, a great time piece and smart complement to my other Apple products. My daughter recently made a switch to Apple products, so I thought an Apple Watch would make a great gift for her. She is enjoys the functionality, display and style.

This is the most complex,intelligent, useful device I have ever owned yet it’s the easiest to operate that I have ever used. Apple has really thought through everything. If you are looking for a device to simply get notifications perfect, if you want health tracking nothing does it better. Thank you Apple!

Love the color scheme of this combination. Watch is so handy for receiving message notifications or social media updates. Best thing is tracking exercise, calories, etc. Easy sync with iPhone.

I used to have a Fitbit surge and absuletly loved it. It recently broke and I only had it for a year and a half. So I was dissatisfied with the amount of money that I spent on it only to have it last such a short time. I started looking into either getting a new one, or switching to the Apple Watch. I ultimately decided on the Apple Watch because it can do so much more, only cost $20+ more and was made so much better. I like to run and excercise often, and I'm very happy with the fitness trackers it has on it. Also, the quality of the pictures and the different faces of the watch are so impressive. I really like my Apple Watch. And now my husband wants one too.

I love my Apple Watch! The color matches my phone (my new favorite color). It also helps me to stay active throughout the day by sending alerts when I haven’t been doing anything active for a while, or when my activity level is not the same as previous days. I definitely recommend!

I bought the Apple Watch but took it back, because I couldn't work. I tried other fitness devices and the Samsung smart watch but I went back to the Apple Watch, it is really the best smart watch/fitness device of them all. I will be buying my son and daughter one for Christmas.

Got it as a gift for my wife and she loves it! Great watch if you are in the Apple ecosystem. More than just a fitness tracker - it has nice apps that make it an extension of the iPhone. Syncs well with iPhone and has great features. Battery life was 1+ to max 2 days. Stylish design and high quality materials. The wristband is soft but sturdy and does not stain - ideal for workouts. Series 1 is a great choice if you don't need it for swimming or running (built in GPS). Screen brightness is pretty great even though it's half the number of nits compared to the Series 2. I would recommend this watch over any Fitbit or other fitness trackers.

Easy to use and set up. User friendly and my sister loves it considering its the first series! Target offers less $20 on thanksgiving black friday but still decided to get at best buy. Im always satisfied with their customer service and the great quality products they sell.

It’s a great smartwatch. Although I find the battery to be weak. It doesnt exactly last all day. I start my day 7am and by 3pm the battery is already nearly depleted (while in the lowest brightness setting). Other than that the function is simple and satisfactory

Apple like always, has deployed a great product. Here is the big take away. This is the second series 1 I've purchased. This one was for my wife. I (we) chose the series 1 for two big reasons. Obviously the price was a factor. The other is it is speculative if the series 2 is really water proof. Apple's official stance is they will only honor the warrenty of it is proven the watch was only submerged in a particular depth of water and for a specific time frame. How do you determine what this might be...? Well which way is the wind blowing? Basically, who knows. It is an out regardless.

Bought this watch and wanted the Series 2. So returned and got the Series 2. I love the watch. Mainly use it for tracking my exercise as well as texting. The charge lasts for a day. I usually put it on the charger when I go to bed and it lasts all day.

I love the fact that I can keep up with my pulse rate, sleeping pulse, sleeping patterns, track my exercise, breathing exercises, grab my messages and calls, all inside a watch, which looks sporty as well when I’m working out. I love my Apple Watch.

The Apple Watch is a very nice addition to your iPhone. At a glance you can see who text or or answer a call. If your streaming idea on your phone you can pause and play using your iphone. It’s just a great deal for the price and product quality.

My new Apple Watch Series 1 works exactly how I want it to! I love being able to get notifications about almost everything. My job involves a lot of driving, so when someone contacts me, this is an easy way to see it without picking up a phone!

Was initially going to purchase this watch in stores during Black Friday. However, they ran out, so I bought it online for a Christmas gift for my mom, it was delivered three days ahead of schedule and is working great. My mom loves it!

I bought this watch completely randomly one day while browsing through Best Buy. I use it constantly at work and when I’m working out at the gym. Everything is right there on your wrist and it’s very easy to use. I highly recommend it.

Not being an early adopter of technology, I was cautious about getting a smart watch. Following an earlier purchase of one that was supposedly usable with Apple operating system that was disastrous, I decided to purchase this one. It works great, is the perfect size for my petite arm, and makes life much more convenient and fun. What's more, Best Buy matched a sale that I found elsewhere. If you use an iphone, get the watch. It's worth it.
