I love my Apple Watch 10 I’m so glad I purchased it

Been a few months, no complaints yet. Got a decent price too.

I ordered the series 10 watch for myself and my wife as Christmas gifts I got hers with a small medium band and mine with a medium large band and both watches when we opened them on Christmas had the small medium bands I had to take the band off my old watch and put it on my new watch doesn’t seem like a big deal but what ask for I didn’t get

I have been enjoying it very much. It is helping me stick to my exercise goals

This is my third Apple Watch, and the first one with significant issues. I have tattoos on my wrists and the series 10’s faulty wrist detection continually locks the device. Neither of the previous watches that I had did this. Apple was not willing to help, so I had to find a workaround on a popular message board. If you have wrist tattoos, I would not recommend the series 10.

Super useful for the “Find my” function, that’s all I use it for.

The watch is beautiful; however, battery life is short and has a delay in picking up fitness steps.

nice size display with easy to read numbers. Long battery life

It good, tracking seems optimal, but battery life is less it last's like 35-35 hours

This was the worse service ever, I feel someone in the store stole my watch out the package and closed it back as if nothing happened, had to send a letter to the corporate office,and ask for a investigation, were told this wasn’t the first time something like this has happened at this location, and to make me feel like I did something was very upsetting. someone in that store is stealing from the company and hopefully they’ll find who is and press charges.

I upgraded from model 8 and dont notice much of a difference. Not sure it was worth the extra money.

Solid product, but charging is uneven. Half the time it fails to charge.

Never got the watch because it was stolen by the shipping company. Best Buy doesn’t want to rectify the situation and now I’m out money and no watches. Highly disappointed with customer service and do not recommend buying from them.

I feel the battery does not stay charged for long. This watch replaced a Fitbit that had better battery life. I just started using it last week. Would not recommend with life of battery on the watch. Otherwise, I would recommend.

I am unable to use because will not connect to my phone that has recently up updated.

I did not like this watch. The face was too big for my wrist. I needed something smaller.

Item came empty. Only came with charger, dirty finger prints on it Clearily stolen in the factory since the mailing package was untouched. DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY. They refused to resend a product or look more into. Told me to contact local police. Trying to dispute with my credit card company. I have heard of similar situations from friends with Target and they handled it better. Do not purchase electronics from Best Buy.

I bought it on Black Friday, and the person gave me a wrong size. A few days i went to the local Best Buy shop to exchange it for the correct size. I didn’t open the Apple watch at all. They asked me to pay for the extra money as the discount was not available anymore. I called the hotline service, but nobody answered the phone. I'm so disappointed with it!
