I bought the Apple Watch, my first Apple watch, when my doctor suggested it could be used as a medical device. Overall, I am satisfied with the watch, but I am still on the learning curve to figure out all the functions. My primary gripe, and the reason for the satisfactory rating, is that I have the charge the watch battery two times a day. I believe that is unreasonable.

I was told that the watch would do more at repotting my vital signs above my iPhone. I was disappointed that didn’t do what I needed so I returned it.

Good all around smart watch, wish the screen was brighter

I qualified for a price drop refund on an item purchased from Best Buy under the My Best Buy Plus program. I submitted the request and was issued Case #359301239 on June 28, 2025, confirming that the refund would be processed to my debit card within 7 to 10 business days. When that window passed with no refund or update, I contacted Customer Service and was reassured it would arrive by July 8. On July 10, after following up again, I was told the refund had never been initiated due to an internal error—and I was issued a second case number, #359861894, to restart the process. I’ve verified with Bank of America (Preferred Rewards) that no refund is pending, meaning the delay is entirely on Best Buy’s side. Now I’ve been told to wait another 7 to 10 business days, despite having done everything correctly. This refund is part of Best Buy’s own policy and should never have turned into a multi-week ordeal requiring two case numbers and multiple calls. Loyal customers deserve a better experience—and a more reliable resolution process.

Good watch, battery life isn’t the greatest. Finger tap feature sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t. Overall, thought I would get more features than my old watch, but didn’t.

Its a good deal and i bought it for my partner and she liked it

We are technologically challenged, purchased for 85 year old mother. Had a tough time setting this up and finally just had her start using hoping to figure out at a later time. Disappointed some of the health readings were no longer available on this watch.

I only need the health tracking capabilities for fitness and sleep. You have to charge the battery too often to make avail of that, and the watch is not as comfortable to wear 24x7.

Returned it after a few days. It’s dead by the end of day, health tracking isn’t constant, as in the heart rate tracking is only once every few min. Honestly very limiting as far as sleep score, HRV and what I needed. Returned for garmin.

Mehh. Over priced. Over rated. Hype. Aka umbilical cord
