I really enjoy my apple watch. I will say I feel as though the battery life could be better. The watch charges fast but dies fast. Also, there is only one wristband in the box so make sure you get the right size!

Bought 2 apple watch series 10 and traded in 2 apple watch series 9. Both were received by Bestbuy on the same day, but only 1 is processed. The other is tagged as Empty package received. I called customer service 3 times and was told they cannot access info for trade in but I did received their verbal and also email confirmation for my case that as long as Bestbuy received the package that I will get a refund. It has been more than 2 weeks and still nothing. I went to the store and was told by the manager there to NEVER use mail to trade in as she has heard stories of items being stolen by the 3rd party company that processes trade in for Bestbuy. As a Plus member this really made me lose trust with Bestbuy. Otherwise the watch is excellent, slimmer and a tad larger than the series 9 screen.

I’m very happy with this smartwatch. The design is elegant and comfortable, perfect for everyday use. The screen is clear and easy to read, and the battery life is excellent—it lasts several days without needing to recharge. I love how easy it is to set up and use, and it tracks my activity and health data very accurately. Overall, it’s a great quality product and definitely worth the purchase. I would highly recommend it.

I bought this because my other one cracked but continued to work. Finally when my old one broke, I opened this one and the watch was not in there, it was sent to me as pictured below. Since it had been months I can’t get a refund.

I ordered jet black but received a different color watch. It also had a code on the watch which makes me believe this was not an open box but a pre owned watch. Not happy about this experience

Purchased at Best Buy and very happy with it. Easy to set up, fast, and comfortable to wear. The health and fitness features work great and sync perfectly with my iPhone. Battery lasts all day. Would buy again from Best Buy.

I love the bigger screen, thinner profile, and faster charging! This model is a good upgrade if you have an older model. The battery lasts longer and the sport band is very comfortable.

The watch is perfect! The size is great, the battery lasts a long time, it was easy to connect to my phone, easy to update, the health part of the tracker works great and is compatible with my phone, and it's just a good value for the money. I'm very happy with the watch!

The battery easily lasts all day and charges super quick. Paired with my iPhone, there are dozens of great app integrations, which mostly work great (I had some issues with Strava that have since cleared up). I was worried about being distracted by notifications, etc, but that is easily controlled. The only concern is that my wrist is pretty skinny and I am on the second to last notch. Anyone with a large wrist might have trouble making the band work. On the whole, I love it!
