I loved Apple Watches and I’m a loyal customer however, going them 4 stars because why isn’t there a metric for recovery yet? WHYYYY on rest days my watch will still try to get me to “move” and yes you can adjust your numbers for certain days but the device doesn’t factor rest and recovery one bit.

I on the other hand know of many more capabilities the watch has. We will continue to use Apple products until someone else can prove to be better and more durable. Until then, happy shopping!

Sleep information is nice too track as well as the Vitals information. Bigger face, but lighter too.

The bigger, brighter display makes everything easier to read, and the watch feels lighter and slimmer on my wrist. The health tracking features are even more advanced, which is great for fitness and wellness. Performance is super smooth, but battery life is still about a day, which I wish was better. If you’re coming from an older model, you’ll love the improvements, but if you have a Series 9, you might not notice a huge difference. Overall, a solid smartwatch with nice refinements!
