I purchased the Apple Watch Series 10 for my wife since I own an earlier version and think it’s a great watch. She loves it and really likes the features and the fact that the watch face is clear and easy to read.

I bought it as a gift and couldn’t be happier with the watch and especially the salesmen who helped me get a great deal on it.

I'm very happy with best buy service. We went there for buy a Apple watch and the assistant came very fast and explained everything about the watch.

Purchased an “excellent” condition open box model, product was shipped and showed up at my door when it was supposed to. This was a Christmas gift, upon opening it was discovered the item was sent without a charger for the watch, the cord was included but the charging pad wasn’t. Nowhere in the terms of the open box did it state it was without a charger, however after speaking to Best Buy customer service I was told due to the open box nature the only way I could get a charger would be for me to return the entire item and repurchase it, meaning I would have to hope another excellent condition item existed. They admitted it should have come with a charger, however they would not send me one. Ended up getting a 3rd part one for $15 as it would have cost me more in gas to drive to a store to return it. First time I’ve bought something from Best Buy in a few years and definitely will be refraining for a few more.

My watch was already charged, easy to set up & synchronize with my phone. Love the features & the notifications that it sends.

I bought it for the ECG and so far it has worked great!

I bought this as an upgrade since my previous watch started glitching and I thought a new one made more sense than replacing the battery.

Looks good, bigger, and has more features. However the two finger tap ability is not that great.
