Extremely disappointed with the service. I placed an order at a Best Buy location as they didn’t have it in stock. The order was supposed to be delivered in 3 days, but initially got delayed. I needed the order urgently so I contacted the customer service thinking maybe they could expedite it but they just told me to wait and said it would arrive in a week. I waited and the order never arrived. I contacted them and they said it was something wrong with the shipment and placed another order for pickup which was again a week later. After waiting another week they cancelled on me on the day of the pick up. I was very frustrated and disappointed for keeping me waiting for 2 weeks just to never receive the order. It’s sad to see that a simple order couldn’t be fulfilled and the customer service was of now help. They just repeated what I could already see online.

Love the new Apple Watch series 10, but the glass is not as durable as they say it is.

Purchased an open box excellent Apple Watch and during setup it showed being assigned to a previous owner. It was essential a paperweight. After hours of contact with Best Buy and Apple (including traveling to local stores) I had to just return it via the mail as the physical store couldn’t process the return. Now I don’t have the watch, and the sale is over. No offers to compensate me for their mistake. Will never trust an open box item again from bestbuy again. Would love to have someone from Best Buy reach out to me.

Have not been able to use because it does not work with my IPhone 8. Wish salesperson had given me that information. Now I have to buy a new iPhone before I can use it.

I got sent an empty box with the band charger but no watch will not buy off the website ever again.

I like the watch. It pairs easily with phone however battery life is not as good as other watches..

Buying gifts this time of the year is tough. My decision to buy was that would deliver the next day. I’m travelling and can’t affort delays. After purchase it stayed the whole day as shipping and today got a message that it was delayed by 3 DAYS. Hinestly that’s crazy and hate to be folled. If they stick woth the current date it will arrive at the same day that I will me travelling and depending on the time I moght even not be at home, I’m very frustrated.

The battery drains very fast. Sometimes twice in a day. Even after it’s full charged. Have to carry a charger with you all the time.

No printed instructions fr their item & needed to purchase a n additional electrical device so i could charge the item ???

I b think you should indicate in larger font if the product is cellular and gps. Instead of just GPS!

I am so irritated they don't make longer bands for the smaller watch faces. My issue isn't wearing the band, its getting it on and off of my wrist. I hope they bring them back with the next version of watches, I had some longer ones from a previous apple watch I am going to use for now. Honestly would not have bought this.

I returned this without opening it after I read that Apple Watches no long sense SpO2 levels due to a lawsuit. Will stick with the older watch that still has this capability.

The advertised watch in ordered did not come with the band shown and described in the description. Store nor corporate would just replace the band so I returned it and was unhappy with Best Buy’s response

Best Buy sent me an empty box with no watch inside. They did no meaningful investigation and refuse to refund me. Their customer care team is a joke. Do not buy from them. Check the internet. It’s a known problem.

Returned it because I didn’t you had to have an Apple phone in order for you to get it started! Would’ve been nice if the person who sold it to me told me that fact!

I haven’t been able to use my watch because the salesman said it would work with my iPhone, but it is an IPhone 6 and is not compatible. Now I need to get a new phone to use it.

Returning too difficult to set up. Prefer other Apple Watch —older generation

Order an open box item and receive an order with a missing charger and strap. I will suggest if you are buying online go for new.

I upgraded from the Apple Watch SE first generation to this one and it works great! I like that it has the full keyboard and it is a little bit bigger than my previous watch, I appreciate the ECG feature although I am in my late 20s I don’t think I’ll be using it too much, and I’m very excited about the Cycle Tracking feature it does take about two cycles to really get to know you body but for my first cycle it was already accurate… it gives you a potential two day possible flow days before it starts and two day possible flow days after it ends. Only SE I don’t know if there was a multi gesture function on it but it never worked for me but on the Series 10 it works! Also while wearing it to sleep it loses about 10% of battery life so it is easier to charge when I wake up and get ready for my day
