I upgraded from an Apple Watch Series 6 to the series 10 and the difference really is night and day. The images on the 10 are so much more crisp and clean.

Nice Watch, however I don’t see a huge difference between the Series 8 and this watch (Series 10) and I was very disappointed to find out I no longer have the Pulse/Ox. Meter. So I see this as a Downgrade. Had I known this I would not have purchased.

I received an empty box from Fedx 14 days after my purchase. After a month of getting nowhere with Best Buy customer service which has turned out to be worthless I have decided to give them one more week. They have my money and I have no watch. This is not caring about the customer.

Really enjoy my new watch. Big clear screen but it’s not too bulky for someone with smaller wrists. It’s easy to navigate. The band it comes with is super comfortable especially at the gym. It also has great battery life. I lost it in my own house and found it 3 days later with 15% charge on it still. It also only takes about 15-20 min to get a full charge. It could be dead and by the time I’m out the shower I have a fully charged watched that can last another two days.
