Jet Black finish is defective

I noticed chips at 8 months of wear. this is not covered under the warranty. It is clearly a defective finish and others have complained about it but it's being treated as "scratch".

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i think the apple watch is a really cool device but i dont think its really worth it for the price. the battery life for me has been awful and it hasn’t lasted a full day on a single charge. but other than the awful battery life its pretty decent, nice fearures super thin, beautiful jet black color, tracks sleep and workouts super well.

Poor battery life

Overall, I am satisfied with the watch, but I am still on the learning curve to figure out all the functions. My primary gripe, and the reason for the satisfactory rating, is that I have the charge the watch battery two times a day. I believe that is unreasonable.

Disappointed - Only a small watch band in box

The sales person didn’t know and asked another person who said yes, it comes with 2 watch bands. Opened the box and there is only one watch band - small watch band. There wasn’t a med/large watch band. Very disappointed.

Cosmetic issue preventing replacement from Apple

Not warranted for replacement because it’s a cosmetic issue per Apple. Get the aluminum version.
