I qualified for a price drop refund on an item purchased from Best Buy under the My Best Buy Plus program. I submitted the request and was issued Case #359301239 on June 28, 2025, confirming that the refund would be processed to my debit card within 7 to 10 business days. When that window passed with no refund or update, I contacted Customer Service and was reassured it would arrive by July 8. On July 10, after following up again, I was told the refund had never been initiated due to an internal error—and I was issued a second case number, #359861894, to restart the process. I’ve verified with Bank of America (Preferred Rewards) that no refund is pending, meaning the delay is entirely on Best Buy’s side. Now I’ve been told to wait another 7 to 10 business days, despite having done everything correctly. This refund is part of Best Buy’s own policy and should never have turned into a multi-week ordeal requiring two case numbers and multiple calls. Loyal customers deserve a better experience—and a more reliable resolution process.

1 Year usage review- everything is good, except for the battery.. it is not holding for so long for the age of the watch..

I bought it as a open box bite. It was great condition.

We are technologically challenged, purchased for 85 year old mother. Had a tough time setting this up and finally just had her start using hoping to figure out at a later time. Disappointed some of the health readings were no longer available on this watch.

Apple app displays O2 sensor yet is NOT available on this watch due to lawsuit. The app should be removed and sales force should be informed. Very deceiving since it does show on the phone

I only need the health tracking capabilities for fitness and sleep. You have to charge the battery too often to make avail of that, and the watch is not as comfortable to wear 24x7.

i have always wanted one of these and now that i have it i don't really see the point of it i don't really use it much but it does come in handy when necessary

Bought this watch along with a pair of AirPods for my wife for Christmas. When she opened the watch box, the watch face itself was not in the box, only the charger and band. I contacted Best Buy and they denied my request for a replacement or refund. So disappointed, this is an expensive item I did not receive and will now need to file a police report. Will never order anything from Best Buy online again.

Had this watch for 90 days kept trying to give it another chance but the battery just doesn't last long at all. I was previously in a Garmin and will be going back to Garmin due to the battery life difference.

I was told correctly before the purchase that the product had been returned but I might not had purchased the product had I known of the negative evaluation on the box that contained the product. Plus, Apple can surely come up with a better strap for such a pricey item.

Great watch with excellent battery life, only major problem is the black finish is chipping off on the bottom of the watch. Not warranted for replacement because it’s a cosmetic issue per Apple. Get the aluminum version.

Returned it after a few days. It’s dead by the end of day, health tracking isn’t constant, as in the heart rate tracking is only once every few min. Honestly very limiting as far as sleep score, HRV and what I needed. Returned for garmin.

Battery life terrible. Fitbit much better. Not as easy to use

Well the salesman I had did not know what he was doing he charged me to set watch up and there’s no charge. It took 3 hrs to set it up on my appt time. Now I still have to go back not working right

Battery life is not what I expected need to charge every day

Not happy with battery, was expecting more in new series.

The product is great. The low rating is for the buying experience. I had a 1 year old Apple Watch 9 still in excellent condition and was supposed to get $200 trade in value against the purchase price of the new Apple Watch 10. I followed all of the trade in steps and mailed it to Best Buy to assess the trade in value and credit my purchase made on my Best Buy credit card. Out of the blue approximately 3-4 weeks after I sent the 9 watch to Best Buy, I receive it back in the mail. They claim it had an email lock on it. I called a local store and they said to come by the store and they would do the trade-in at the store. But instead of credit on my credit card though they could only give me a $200 Best Buy gift card. This sounds like a gimmick to get you to pay full price for the new Apple Watch. This is a buyer beware notice to future customers.

I bought this Apple Watch Series 10 as a Open Box in a Excellent Condition, which supposed to be comes, according to Best Buys open box policy, with all accessories and in a original Apple Watch Box, which not came in the Apple Box, instead it came in a normal shipping box, all items incl the watch was cranked in a little plastic bag, called BB costumer service, no help whatsoever, she told me keep it or return it, no other options like exchange it or discount etc.
