There was no watch in the box. This was horrifying because it was a gift to our daughter. When she opened the box the was no watch and 1/2 a watch strap. It’s all over the internet that this is commonly happening. This is no way to do business. You obviously have a problem with happening to often. I would never order anything online again because of this

Bad experience. But this excellent cond watch and it had activation lock to it means it requires previous users id and pw. Why would they sell em without verifying if the next user can used. On top i had to waste so much time going to store for troubleshoot which they couldn’t do it and told me ship it back to them. They won’t even tk return at store. Never buying again from best buy

I’m writing this review in regard to Best Buy, in my 20 years of experience with Best Buy this is the worst one , in trade in with Apple Watch I sent my Apple ultra and Best Buy neither gave me the discount nor sent back the watch , my $799 worth of watch they just stole it and now I’m charged full amount for this watch without trade in money . My family and me will never purchase anything from bestbuy here on .. They have been lying to me from past one and half month that they will refund my money but I still didn’t get it . Bad trick of stealing customers things .i don’t recommend Best Buy ..

I bought this iwatch at bestbuy store. They didn’t have the particular color in stock and was going to order and send it to my home. When the package arrived the box was sealed, but inside the box iwatch package was empty. I reported this issue to bestbuy. They ran investigation and I got an email which said: investigation complete and they are not going to refund my money. Just recommended to report the issue to local police. Don’t buy anything from Best Buy!!!!

Great watch but the battery does not last more than 20 hours.

Not that impressed by it. Battery life is terrible and it’s really just a regular device nothing groundbreaking about it honestly.

I purchased an item for $357 during Black Friday, but I was charged extra on my credit card. This is completely unacceptable. Additionally, I had an inconsistent experience at your store. On one visit, I wasn’t asked for my ID, but on another, I was—which I let slide at the time. However, the extra charges on my credit card are unfair and extremely frustrating. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly. Please contact me to address this matter immediately.

Sales person happy to sell, but when I asked specific questions on usage, he said it would be $39 to ?HELP me!!! I have purchased numerous items at your store, but from now on I will look elsewhere. Unhappily yours Elizabeth Wente

They sold us an item that they knew that did not have in stock after lying to our faces that they had 2 in stock. It was a pretty unpleasant purchase since it was meant for Christmas. Needles to say the ocassion and intention got ruin by you Best Buy.

I give it a one star because I did not get the item. The ups box was intact, the apple watch box was inside but altered, and there was no watch, no cable, and no strap. BestBuy couldn't help and just recommended me to go to the authorities. If you can't pick up from the store just avoid ordering.

battery problem it’s not lasting more then 12 hours

FedEx stole my package, FedEx signed my name for delivery while I was at work. My cameras show no one coming to our house that day, yet Best buy said since someone signed for it we were responsible! Will not be using Best buy again!

It's not worth upgrading you watch to 10 I didn't see any huge difference between my 7 series and 10 .

Fedex/best buy stole my product and they just dont do anything about it

already replaced one time. battery is bad. only work for one day.

Account was locked and the recovery phone. Number is something I never possessed so now I cannot unlock it.

Lighter feel, bigger screen and longer battery life.

I upgraded to this watch from a series one (!). The speed, usability, quality of resolution, and always on display are great. Solid battery life. Best Buy was clear about when it would arrive and kept me posted. I went for the smaller screen and it’s still plenty big. The best thing about it is that I no longer really have to check my phone, because I can screen all of the notifications easily as they come in.
