Ordered an item at 7:30 PM. The store closes at 9:00 PM. They said it would be ready in a hour. We got to the store at 8:45 PM and it was not ready. They said it would not be ready before the store closed. So, I had to cancel the order and buy one in the store. Obviously, someone was not doing their job.

I bought an Apple Watch 10, and two months later, the battery life was terrible—under 5 hours. I initiated a watch repair through Apple twice, and both times, they returned the watch to me with no issues found. Really? Now I'm stuck with this two month old watch with a battery life of under 5 hours. I know im not the only one.

Item had been stolen and box delivered with open condition. Best Buy Knew it as FedEx confirmed that tehy notified Best Buy about the Box condition. I was totally disappointed and unrest for couple of days. Best buy never approached as soon as they knew that the watch was stolen before delivery. I talked to Best buy after 2 days then they actioned by sending new one. Very bad customer care.

The "Open Box" item was supposed to be "Excellent" and be all in original packaging with everything included. This was a total waste of time and honestly a bait-and-switch. I went to the store to pick it up and it was in a ziploc plastic bag with just a cable. Terrible representation.

Being that this was purchased when someone stole my credit card information and bestbuy did not check ID at time of pickup. I will not be rating this company or products highly.

Great purchase - purchased for daughter in law for Christmas. She has wanted one for sometime - make her wishes come true - truly deserves one. I already have one.
