Not Ready In An Hour
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ordered an item at 7:30 PM. The store closes at 9:00 PM. They said it would be ready in a hour. We got to the store at 8:45 PM and it was not ready. They said it would not be ready before the store closed. So, I had to cancel the order and buy one in the store. Obviously, someone was not doing their job.

Battery life is bad

I initiated a watch repair through Apple twice, and both times, they returned the watch to me with no issues found. Really? Now I'm stuck with this two month old watch with a battery life of under 5 hours. I know im not the only one.

Item Stolen, no response

Best Buy Knew it as FedEx confirmed that tehy notified Best Buy about the Box condition. I was totally disappointed and unrest for couple of days. Best buy never approached as soon as they knew that the watch was stolen before delivery. I talked to Best buy after 2 days then they actioned by sending new one. Very bad customer care.

"Open Box" is very misleading and a waste of time

This was a total waste of time and honestly a bait-and-switch. I went to the store to pick it up and it was in a ziploc plastic bag with just a cable. Terrible representation.
