Love it! Best birthday present… have my hands free to do everything instead of always holding my phone.

I am a Best Buy total rewards member who has had many interactions with customer facing Best Buy team members on all levels. The Best Buy at American Dream however has given me two customer experiences I won't soon forget. The first experience occurred during a successful purchase whereby the sales team member became flustered at my purchase and after refusing me service called American Dream mall security rather than helping me to understand what the issue might have been. I stayed to speak with mall security as well as New Jersey State Police to insure them that I was unaware as to why this incident had been so rapidly escalated and they assured me that I had done nothing to warrant such a response. Fast forward to my more recent experience with the General Manager at this location where I was flat out refused service, in my attempt to cordually inquire about why I was receiving so much friction when shopping at this specific location and the very clear profiling event that previously occurred I was ushered and directed to leave, which I did. It seems to me that this particular Best Buy location is less welcoming than others in the area and that less welcoming customer experience is being championed from the very top of this locations leadership team. The product was great though!

I bought this as a gift, the person love the watch and all its functions. Would buy again.

I really like this watch but am disappointed in the charge. I didn't think I would have to charge every day, but I do. Not sure if I am doing something wrong! Otherwise, I have no complaints.
