Needed to contact customer service and everything was resolved in 10mins. Didn’t lose the deal, was able to receive the watch the next day, and delivery instructions were followed. The one thing I like about the new watch vs my old one is that the more I use it while walking, it realizes when I’m walking briskly without having to touch anything. My exercise ring moves as a result.
