    Excellent watch my wife love it. The only disappointment was that Apple now only send 1 band length and the one we received it was extremely lengthy for her wrist

    First Apple watch and I'm really enjoying it. Love being able to glance down at notifications and not having to check my phone. I am a little disappointed with the battery life.

    I bought this watch refurbished from the Best Buy site. The site said everything was in excellent condition. I got the watch delivered and the watch itself was in a great working condition. I tried to charge immediately and found out they gave me broken/ defective charger. I went in the next day to my nearest Best Buy and they REFUSED to replace my charger. Instead explaining that the excellent condition only applies to the watch itself- not any of the accessories in the box. They refused to replace it and instead offered to sell me a new charger. I don’t think it’s stop much to ask that your accessories work when you purchase them, refurbished or not. BEWARE IF YOU ARE BUYING ANYTHING USED OR REFURBISHED FROM THEM. SCAM
