While it’s flashy and convenient for everyday use, it lacks the depth and precision that I get from my Garmin. My Forerunner, in particular, has been a game changer. it doesn’t just count steps or track workouts, It gives me real health insights that actually impact my life. One powerful example is how it helped me quit nicotine. By consistently showing elevated stress levels linked to my nicotine use, it made me realize just how much damage I was doing to my body. That awareness gave me the push I needed to make a change. Garmin’s data is actionable and meaningful, something I just don’t get from the Apple Watch.
