Bestbuy always has the things I need, if not I’ll order it online with fast delivery

I upgraded from a series 8 Apple watch and I'm very disappointed. The materials that make up the series 10 are cheaper quality and not near as durable. Within the first week of owning it I've already have a significant scratch on the screen. I went nearly 2 years before I ever got a scratch on my series 8. To me I don't recommend upgrading based on my experience thus far.

Bought 2 apple watch series 10 and traded in 2 apple watch series 9. Both were received by Bestbuy on the same day, but only 1 is processed. The other is tagged as Empty package received. I called customer service 3 times and was told they cannot access info for trade in but I did received their verbal and also email confirmation for my case that as long as Bestbuy received the package that I will get a refund. It has been more than 2 weeks and still nothing. I went to the store and was told by the manager there to NEVER use mail to trade in as she has heard stories of items being stolen by the 3rd party company that processes trade in for Bestbuy. As a Plus member this really made me lose trust with Bestbuy. Otherwise the watch is excellent, slimmer and a tad larger than the series 9 screen.

Less battery life and Need to put on charge every night

I liked it, I loved the color and the thickness, I have a little difficulty closing it. I believe it is not easy, I tried to do it myself

The Apple Watch Series 10 (46mm) is a great smartwatch with a bigger screen that’s bright and easy to read. It looks modern and feels light on your wrist, even though it’s larger than older models. It works really fast and smoothly. You can use Siri even without internet, and it responds quickly. It also tracks your steps, heart rate, sleep, and even gives you updates about your blood pressure trends (not exact numbers, but helpful info). The battery lasts about a day, but it charges quickly. It’s great for workouts, checking messages, making calls, or even listening to music. If you already have an older Apple Watch (like Series 7 or before), this one feels like a big upgrade. It’s a bit pricey, but if you use it every day, it’s worth it.

Got this as a gift for a family member and was very disappointed with how it arrived (see pictures). Never have had an issue with Best Buy until this and it will make me rethink purchasing from them again. Dirty box with dirty hand prints that weren't able to be cleaned before giving it as a gift.

From my side, the Apple Watch Series 10 is a really solid upgrade. The bigger, brighter screen stands out right away, and the thinner, lighter feel makes it more comfortable for daily wear. The only thing I’d still wish for is longer battery life, but overall, I think it’s Apple’s best watch yet.

While the overall design hasn’t changed dramatically from recent models and battery life is still about a day, the Series 10 delivers meaningful improvements in speed, comfort, and daily usability. For the price I got it for, it’s absolutely worth it and feels like the best Apple Watch experience short of the Ultra.

Lightweight. Comfortable. I didn't like wearing anything on my wrist to sleep. Fitbits to Apple Watch never could sleep with one on. Until this one. Battery life is great AND the charge time is even better. I put it on the charger when I wake up and by the time I complete my morning routine and am ready to walk out the door--it is fully charged and ready to go until the next morning. Apps are great. My only complaint is that I do feel like I have to have a screen protector on it as the models with the more durable sapphire crystal glass are out of my budget (I'm not paying $600-$800 for a watch)--hence the 4 stars. Other than that, I am a very satisfied customer!

I upgraded from my Series 4 to the Series 10 and what a difference! The screen is bigger and so much clearer, the watch feels lighter on my wrist, the battery lasts way longer, and everything runs super fast. Highly reccomend!
