Great for fitness

I love how it syncs so well with my peloton bike and the peloton strength app to track key stats. Great in the gym - I can control fitness apps and music from my watch with out having to interrupt work out to touch my iPhone. Tracking sleep, steps, and distance has given me great insights and improved my overall fitness.

She uses some of the more advanced stuff but more than that really likes the large screen and she has not complained about it at all since upgrading from a 6th gen model.
