Upgraded from the series 7 to the series 10. The watch itself is the best model Apple Watch I’ve had since they came out. The thinness of it makes me forget it’s even on my wrist. I used the mobile pick up through the app to purchase the watch and it was smooth and easy come pick up time. Took all of 7 minutes for them to process my trade in watch and send me on my way with the new one which to me seems very quick since everything at Apple takes 3 days

Battery life on these watches are much to be desired. Mine lasts 1.5 days, which is ok. But it seems to get worse the longer I’ve had it. I have all the raise to view off and brightness down, and don’t use apps on it. It also doesn’t voice to text which went out 1 year after having it. It’s ok, it’s an Apple Watch- the good thing is the heart rate and ekg as those I need for my health.

It has all the best features! Apple Watch is one of a kind! Best purchase I’ve made so far.

I’ve had four Apple watches so far, including the 1st gen Ultra. I never had any regrets when buying. I always get the notifications on time. And the music control is great. Keep in mind this is an excellent EDC watch. It is not a heavy duty outdoor type of watch, although I am sure it will work fine. I prefer to use my Garmins when running or hiking.
