    I bought this watch refurbished from the Best Buy site. The site said everything was in excellent condition. I got the watch delivered and the watch itself was in a great working condition. I tried to charge immediately and found out they gave me broken/ defective charger. I went in the next day to my nearest Best Buy and they REFUSED to replace my charger. Instead explaining that the excellent condition only applies to the watch itself- not any of the accessories in the box. They refused to replace it and instead offered to sell me a new charger. I don’t think it’s stop much to ask that your accessories work when you purchase them, refurbished or not. BEWARE IF YOU ARE BUYING ANYTHING USED OR REFURBISHED FROM THEM. SCAM

    Watch is a lot thinner, plus you lose the oxygen sensor. I don’t notice much from the series 7 it replaced.

    It's an Apple, what more is there to say? From going into the store to finally getting the watch I had ordered online took over 90 minutes. You know, it's not that the store employees are bad, it's that management has totally failed. There is no spirit in that store, and everyone (especially employees) wander around like they are lost. Half of the time I go in there, I find they don't even have the item in stock. Do better.
