A- watch is good as expected however it seems a little pricey for what you get

Do not order anything from Best Buy. When I received the package it was an empty Apple box with only a charging cord in it but no watch. They are refusing to refund our money and actually told us to contact our local law-enforcement which is a joke since this got shipped from the warehouse in Georgia and we live in South Carolina. Best Buy is shipping empty Apple boxes and putting the burden on their customers to prove that they did not receive the merchandise they paid for. Total scam.

I upgraded from series 9 to get the sleep apnea monitor. This series 10 only registers if there is a problem. So I do not know if it is working. Also, I monitor my sp02, with the new one it does not. Very disappointed.

I love all the things that you can do with the watch (former FitBit user), however, the battery life is disappointing. It usually last about 48 hours compared to 5-6 day for the FitBit.

The watch lagged out of the box. I sent to Apple for a repair and they sent it back saying nothing was wrong. The issues kept happening with lagging and being non-responsive. It completely stopped working two months after the warranty expired. Between this and the iPhone update giving phone issues, I’m planning to leave Apple and look into something else because these products cost to much to only last until the warranty is expired and or until an update is done. They won’t miss me as a customer but it’s principle.

Good upgrade from SE but not much change from series 9

We returned it! Doesn’t come with a block to plug into the wall to charge and can’t set it up because owner doesn’t have iPhone

In Apple’s lack of wisdom, they stripped the O2 sensor from this watch. So despite their now relauncing their O2 software, this watch can not access. Very dissappointed that I have the latest watch that lacks this feature.

Returned to store. I didn’t like it. I didn’t like the band and how it looked on my arm.

Need to improve on the battery, too small for my wrist

Software still just leaves a lot to be desired. My biggest gripe -- seconds can only be stay on my ALWAYS ON DISPLAY on 1 clock face where im blasting my activity rings. Still ahve to flick my wrist when at my desk for whole notification to show. Its like no one from apple does anything then walks around all day.

If it wasn’t for the sleep tracking/hearth rate this is probably the most expensive useless watch I have seen.

Doesn’t have much use past tracking heart rate and more accurate tracking steps but if youre in good shape you don’t really need to track those

Watch is very nice but the battery is very bad. So that I am not fully happy to buy this watch.

I bought this apple series 10 watch October 3, 2024 and when i was delivered the watch was stolen out of the box and they taped the box from the bottom. Whom ever stole the watch they packaged the box up with the empty box the apple watch comes in (trash). I talked to best buy customer service the same day i received the empty box. Customer Service took down a case number and schedule for me to pick the watch up in the store. The next day they cancel my order and stated in the email they were unable to give me a refund and unable to replace the watch. I called a again and explain everything to them again they did another case number. I received an email to send photos i sent photos and they stated that they or unable to give me a refund and unable to replace the watch. I am so upset that they are refusing to resolve this issue and not taking it serious. It is no way best buy inverstigate this issue in just a couple hours, It just does not make any sense i spent over $460 and my money is just gone and best buy refuse to help. I recommend not buying any products and getting it ship. Just try avoid the hassle.

The item received was not as expected. According to the description, it says 'open box, excellent condition,' but the watch looks like it was used, and the band wasn’t black, but navy blue. Customer service received was very disappointed.

Let me make it clear I have been an account holder for 10 years and I will never shop there again

The newer version is bigger, flatter. I dont like how it looks when compared to series 9 (nicer to my eyes)

They literally ruined my wife's birthday present! I bought this watch from an Open Box store in excellent condition, but what I received was anything but. Upon opening the box, the accessories were clearly dirty and looked old. I ordered the smartwatch in pink and received a black one! And the watch frame was also different from the product description. I had a very bad experience buying this item at Best Buy. I decided to return it and buy it from the official store.
