It’s a good product but when I opened it it was cracked

This was a little bigger than my wife was looking for overall good quality no issues

Great watch! Battery life is not as great as the previous models. Seems to die within the day.

I recently ordered a watch and had it delivered to my home address. While I did receive the package, I am extremely disappointed with its condition: The packaging was very poor, looked old, and was covered with scratches and dust. Most importantly, the main product itself is missing – there is no dial/watch inside the box. This is unacceptable.

This review is for the open box Apple Watch. This watch has an activation lock tied to the original owner. It was supposedly inspected by the Geek Squad. Waste of time waiting for Apple Genius Bar to remove the activation lock. Disappointed and frustrated by the run around.

I would review the product if Best Buy sent me an Apple Watch that wasn’t already attached to someone’s Apple ID but I can’t so the review is on Best Buy don’t ever buy an open box Apple product from Best buy

Besat Buy had lowered the price and I didn't even received my 1st bill and they would price match it I will never buy anything From Best Buy Again

FedEx delivered an empty box! Watch was stollen before delivery. Bestbuy didn’t help, just asked me to notify the local policy. At the end, I lost $400.

Was stolen out of the box during transit and Best Buy refused to replace the item or refund me.

The watch is a nice large size that still looks great on my smaller wrist. Easy to read screen and not as thick and heavy as previous models.

Bought this as a Christmas present, as a matter of fact price was comparable to others so i bought 2 of them. shipping was super fast and trackable. So not much extra information available at this point. But if like the other apple watches we've had they will be great.

Great Apple watch. Love the build and quality. It was gift for my wife and she is very happy as she wears it all the time.
