It was time for an upgrade and this was available and delivered very quickly

This watch is great, has a lot of features and it’s so comfortable to wear

Good quality but battery still does not long lasting

The band and the actual watch was nice. But the battery doesn't last as long as I'd hoped it would.

I needed a watch to count steps and keep an eye on my heart. the battery life was terrible and for the money I feel there are better options. I did return the watch and purchased a much cheaper fitbit 2 does all that i need with a better battery life.

I really like the watch but the battery ran out quickly

Order was placed in store 12/12/24 as item was not in stock. was told I could pick up 12/18 and wasnt available. finally got notification 12/24 it was available for pickup. dont understand giving a pickup date that wasnt honored.

this is a nice upgrade but i am missing oxymeter :-(

Do not buy this watch from BestBuy. Bought this from bestbuy but apparently it was sold by cellular tech. Best Buy would not price match 12 days after buying and I also could no longer return the item (total tech member) because it was not technically sold by them even though it was bought from their site and it was not plainly stated this wasn’t sold by Best Buy. Been a Best Buy shopper my whole life but this left a bad taste in my mouth and I feel scammed. I will be getting rid of my total tech membership and will be switching to amazon from now on for my tech purchases. Tried to talk to a supervisor but got put on hold twice for 2 hours before they just dropped the call.

Good investment, and worth the upgrade, I like it.

I tried it for 10 days and I didn't see a huge difference with Model 6, battery life is not good, it is good watch if that is your first apple watch

Overall it just sucks. It doesn’t do much that’s useful so I hardly wear it. But the biggest problem is the stupid proprietary charger. It’s most useful when you travel but you’ll have to bring yet another cable to charge it. Also wanted to save battery and turn it off. It just got stuck on the Apple logo. Then I had to unpair from my phone and repair. To do that it had to do a software update and be plugged in. Well the proprietary charger was packed and it’s a little hard to get out in an airport. It’s just not worth the hassle for the little it does.

The heart rate is not accurate while doing workout it keeps missing the heart rate. It is not only the problem in watch 10 it is a general problem with all apple watches whichever I used till date

Same as old Apple Watches. Really nothing new and battery life is not that much better.

I really wanted to like this device hack bf the ability to measure and monitor activity and bio markers was appealing. I’d also expect a device that’s called a WATCH to be able to tell time without difficulty. I don’t know if it’s because I got a refurbished one or if it’s endemic with the entire product line but when I look at my wrist i should be able to see what time it is immediately. Since the device doesn’t always light up I sometimes have to lift my wrist twice or actually touch the thing. Why can’t this $300 device do what a $10 device can. All other features aside, if this basic bespoke function doesn’t function consistently it should not be classified as such. It’s the exact opposite of the smart device and it has made me stupider as a result. Why on earth did I buy this from a place that has only a 14 day return policy?
