My wife did a upgrade on her phone so I decided to upgrade her watch.

Very similar to my series 9 just s little bigger and a little lighter. Not a huge difference. Batter life is no better than the series 9.

I had a series 6 and traded up, but there’s nothing worthy to pay for the difference. No new important features.

so i wanted to trade in my apple watch 8 for the new apple watch. Bestbuy offered me 190 for my previous watch. then Bestbuy never gave me the trade information like the shipping label which i need in order to send the old watch back. So one person on the bestbuy chat told they would get back with within a few days , and look into the system error that was preventing me from getting a label .Yesterday Bestbuy told me to go to the store and get issue resolved. so today at the store, they were going offer me $130 rather than the $190 agreed too. so i have to go back on Friday to see i get the full $190. so right now i am not even sure if i going to keep this new watch. I have trading in befoew ith Samsung, and Apple without any problems! I would avoid Bestbuy at all costs when it comes to trades in

Delivery was on time watch works good but the volume is low compared to my friends apple watch i think its manufactured issue

Battery life sucks other than that is okay and I should have just gotten the bigger size

I bought the watch and it never arrived. Three weeks later, I was informed it would be replaced, but then the item was canceled. Now I’ve been on chat for more than 3 hours and still haven’t received a solution. They refuse to replace it even though the issue was on their end. They claim it’s out of stock, yet the website shows it as available. This is a complete disaster.

Went from a 7 to 10 it’s all the same thing. Might as well be a 4. Lol

The watch was way too awesome. Happy with the best buy price match
