I had an Apple Watch Series 7 a few years ago and really liked it but it was only gps I sold it a few years ago and just got the series 10 about a month ago and it is great the screen is so clear and easy to see even in bright sunlight!

Great gift for anyone special in your life. My dad loves new tech and this watch was easy for him to set up with his other Apple tech.

I ordered my Apple Watch on December 8th and it had an original delivery date of December 11th. It got delayed to December 13th and I totally understand because of the holidays. The problem is that the box was clearly tampered with before I received my order. There is a clear cut on the bottom of the package and it was resealed with clear tape. I called customer support the day it arrived and told them my watch was stolen. They told me I would get a refund. A week passes by and I have not received my refund. I call again and they said the reason I cannot get a refund is because I received the package. I have asked multiple customer service agents if I can submit pictures of the stolen product. All of the customer service agents told me, that is something they cannot accept. On my final attempt, for asking a refund, I received an email saying I need to contact the authorities. The product was not in my possession when it was stolen. It was stolen at some point during transit or in a warehouse. I will never be shopping with Best Buy ever again and will most likely cancel my credit card in the near future. This has been a truly disappointing experience.

DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY!! The box was delivered, signed for by my wife, and when she opened it, the watch was gone. Best Buy refuses to take any responsibility. They said FedEx weighed the item and it checked out. I’m pretty sure the driver didint weigh the package before he delivered it. They literally hung up on me when I asked to talk to someone else, on my third phone call.

The Apple Watch Series 10 is pretty impressive. It’s got a brighter screen, feels a bit slimmer on the wrist, and runs super smooth thanks to the new chip. Battery life holds up well, and the health tracking features are still some of the best out there. The new gesture controls are a cool bonus too. If you’re on an older model, this feels like a solid upgrade—but if you’ve got the Series 9, it might not be a game-changer.

I wasn’t planning on replacing my series 6 Apple Watch, but about six weeks ago, after putting it on the charger overnight, it ran out of juice by 1-2pm the following day. After a week of that, I picked it up off the charger and felt something on the back of it with my fingertips. I turned it over and the back of the watch was cracked all over. I hadn’t dropped it. There was no reason for it to be like that. I was mad that Apple wouldn’t acknowledge the battery defect so I wasn’t going to replace it. Later on, I looked on Apple then saw an ad in my email from Best Buy, which was $100 less than Apple but there was only one day left. I drove 30 miles to the nearest Best Buy that Sunday but they didn’t have what I wanted in stock. They checked other stores - no luck. They said I’d have to order it online. I ordered it and my husband was supposed to be home 3-17-25 so he could sign for it, but he had to go work out of state. I rescheduled the delivery for CVS but it wasn’t there. I found the UPS driver on the road and he found my watch in the back of his truck. All of that was why I drove to Best Buy - to avoid chasing down a UPS driver on the road. The watch is great. I would’ve rather purchased at the store and had it a week earlier.
