I ordered my Apple Watch on December 8th and it had an original delivery date of December 11th. It got delayed to December 13th and I totally understand because of the holidays. The problem is that the box was clearly tampered with before I received my order. There is a clear cut on the bottom of the package and it was resealed with clear tape. I called customer support the day it arrived and told them my watch was stolen. They told me I would get a refund. A week passes by and I have not received my refund. I call again and they said the reason I cannot get a refund is because I received the package. I have asked multiple customer service agents if I can submit pictures of the stolen product. All of the customer service agents told me, that is something they cannot accept. On my final attempt, for asking a refund, I received an email saying I need to contact the authorities. The product was not in my possession when it was stolen. It was stolen at some point during transit or in a warehouse. I will never be shopping with Best Buy ever again and will most likely cancel my credit card in the near future. This has been a truly disappointing experience.

Notifications are instant, calls are crystal clear, and controlling music, texts, and apps right from my wrist is incredibly convenient. Overall, this is a huge upgrade in every category performance, design, features, and reliability. If you’re on the fence about upgrading, don’t hesitate. The Apple Watch Series 10 is absolutely worth it!

DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY!! The box was delivered, signed for by my wife, and when she opened it, the watch was gone. Best Buy refuses to take any responsibility. They said FedEx weighed the item and it checked out. I’m pretty sure the driver didint weigh the package before he delivered it. They literally hung up on me when I asked to talk to someone else, on my third phone call.

I use this watch every day and it’s been really helpful. I like being able to stay connected without always having my phone on me. The screen is bright, it runs smoothly, and setup was super easy. The battery lasts me through the day with no problems. Definitely a good upgrade.

The Apple Watch Series 10 is pretty impressive. It’s got a brighter screen, feels a bit slimmer on the wrist, and runs super smooth thanks to the new chip. Battery life holds up well, and the health tracking features are still some of the best out there. The new gesture controls are a cool bonus too. If you’re on an older model, this feels like a solid upgrade—but if you’ve got the Series 9, it might not be a game-changer.

I am a glasses wearer that appreciates larger sized watch faces. First smart watch of mine was the Apple Watch SE 2nd gen .44mm. I loved it so much but it was lost unfortunately. My next was the Series 7 .45mm and I loved it more. My Series 7 was stolen which really sucked. This watch, however, is my favorite of all time throughout the various models I’ve personally used. The screen size is perfect, its very lightweight, and provides everything my two former watches did, plus so much more and with a much more sleek design. Im not an annual upgrade-my-watch type of guy so I flirted with the idea of the Apple Watch Series 10 for months before investing in my new watch. Despite having the Series 7 most recently, my few months with this watch have comforted me and soothes my initial concern with this purchase. I’m a frugal guy and I genuinely recommend this watch to all Apple Watch SE users and those using the models that came out before the ninth generation watch. Love the new embedded features like the “double tap” to end a call ability my new watch is compatible with. Seamless use between my iPhone, watch, and my airpods. One honest critique is that the brightness of the watch appears to be equal to my series 7 watch i had prior as opposed to being a step-up from it. Nonetheless, I am happy with my purchase and Im sure this will be my watch for years to come
