After a lot of contractions between the delivery company and bestbuy I was told things that were denied the day after. After charging me an item that didn't make it to me I was advised to solve my issue through law enforcement.

Apple Watch 10 Battery Issue

Defective, returned, replacement also didn't work

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this watch with the goal of letting my son have it instead of a mobile phone, which a child psyc friend of ours strongly recommended we avoid. That way we could still call him and he could send SMSs. We spent hours trying to set up family sharing. Hours! at T-Mobile, then Apple support, then escalated support,... In the end, the Apple guys gave up. I returned the watch got another one which sucked another huge amount of time with "experts". Then I had had enough and got him a Samsung watch which is nicer and worked effortlessly.
