I was thrilled when I bought the new Apple Watch 10 Natural - Titanium - Milanese Loop - Natural and opted for the two-year Apple Care plan. They also convinced me to open a credit card account and take advantage of their financing option, allowing me to pay over 24 months without interest. I eagerly awaited emails from them to pick up my watch between November 27th and December 1st. However, on December 1st, I received an email informing me that my watch had been delayed and that I would be notified once it was available. Since then, I’ve checked the status on their website, but it hasn’t been updated, and they haven’t responded to my emails or phone calls. It’s been over a week late, and they haven’t provided any information about whether the product has arrived yet. I’m furious and disappointed with their handling of the situation. Not only did they risk my credit score by conducting hard inquiries, but they also failed to deliver the product that should have arrived at the beginning of last week. As a result, I’ve decided to cancel my order, Apple Care plan, and credit card. I’m also reaching out to Credit Bureau to file an official complaint to protect my credit score and initiate an investigation into this matter. I strongly advise against using this store or company for any future purchases.

My new Apple Watch pairs beautifully with my other Apple devices.

Nothing major from a use and experience persperive compated to previos gen. Battery life is low. Additional dollars for the steel loop and titanium shell. Seems exorbitant.

She loved it! Versitile enough to wear anywhere from work to a night out.

The watch band is too big. I was told in store that was the only size band for that watch. I am going to see if my band from the series 6 will fit

I had a problem with the belt I went to ask for change and they charged me; I didn't like the service they gave me. The watch is good but the Concord Mills NC store was not friendly

I love the watch but the blood oxygen levels omission is a big mistake by apple. Why not settle this case?

The battery isnt very good and when I switch from my Ultra, I lose active calories that I accumulated during the day.
