After less than 3 months, the black plating started to come off the back face. For the price we pay, I expect higher quality. I recommend anodized finishes over the jet black.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the handling of my recent return and the associated reward certificate refund. I returned the item on 12/11/2025, which had an $85 reward certificate applied. As per policy, this amount should have been credited back to my account. However, I was informed initially that the refund would be processed within 2–3 hours. When that did not happen, I was asked to wait 1–2 days for the system to process it. Unfortunately, that also did not occur. I was then advised to wait until 12/26, but as of today (12/27), the reward certificate has still not been credited back to my account. To make matters worse, I have been on hold for over 35 minutes while trying to get assistance. Additionally, I do not see any option to provide a zero rating, which further limits my ability to provide accurate feedback on this experience. This entire process has been extremely frustrating. I have repeatedly received incorrect timelines and no concrete resolution. This is not the level of service I expect, especially when clear commitments were made multiple times without follow-through. For reference, my BB Reference ID is 368091570. I request immediate resolution and confirmation of when the $85 reward certificate will be credited back to my account. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a clear and final resolution.

Pretty much the same as my Apple iWatch 8. It doesn't hold the charge for more than 14 hours. Otherwise, it is a fine watch with a few more bells and whistles.

bought because i thought it could track blood pressure. unfortunately not the case. give me $400 GC

Might have been a good product but It booted me out of my apple account for a week and I had to switch to a Samsung phone after years of Apple.

not user friendly,you have to download apps so it will work right

I cannot review the watch myself. I have not worn it nor used it. The service I received was less than satisfactory. I received a text from Mgmt committing to a free charging box/station (I’m not sure that’s what it is called) but have been unable to make it back to the store due to illness.

Bough this for my wife. It does have a lot of features, the EKG, and vitals are great. The battery life is a bummer, Apple needs a battery that can last longer than 12 hrs. Apple keeps raising prices while using cheaper materials. ;}
