Apple Watch is my favorite. Best Buy gave me great customer service

Way too many widgets. Most of them have something to do with health, exercise, sleep and 3 different ones for stopwatch, timer, and alarm. The list of apps is alphabetical, not sure if that can be changed. There are apps that tell you how to do things, BUT don't let you do those things from that app-No Links. Worst thing-the Band is horrible design. It is similar to the adjusters on some baseball caps, except the baseball cap actually stays connected. The watch band is soft and flexible so the little pop in stud is not secure. If you bump the end of the band with the stud connector, it will pop apart and the watch will fall. If I win the $400 gift card, I will definitely get a better band, if they make them. So far, I haven't found but 3 types of faces for the watch screen, an analog picture of a clock, a digital clock with a round circle below it and the bubbly oil lamp look. So, if you want something to help with your medical statistics this might be perfect for you, if you can find the right app widget to use.

Very good watch. Don’t like that it requires a newer phone to use though.

Wife loves it. Says that it is so light weight that she barely knows it's there when she is not using it. All the controls and functions make it super compatible for her lifestyle.

Overall a good product, but a little disappointed with battery life when using during workouts. Battery drains quickly.

This was an open box item. There are several features which aren't working on the watch, the most annoying of which is sharing activities with friends. I would think twice before purchasing an open box item again.

Watch is great. Exactly as advertised. Problem, getting the watch, ordered it from the store, got sent the wrong item, went back to the store with the wrong product, got turned away because I had to call customer service. Did that, after the whole thing, had to go onto the app and request an exchange. There was an issue on their end, so it wouldn’t go through. Was also told it will take 72 hours for them to investigate why the wrong thing was sent. Then they would be able to send out the right product. Had to wait 2 days before I got the email to continue the exchange. Well it was put into the system wrong, they put it in as a return, no way to change that! Went back to the store 3 times, called customer service 2 more times, and 4 days later, finally got the original product returned. All of this happened over a week. A simple mistake made by the company that took over a week to get taken care of. And then had to wait for the refund so I could get the product. Luckily the store manager honored the sale price because it wasn’t anymore. I feel like I had to pay for a thus simple mistake and all I was told is there is nothing they could do nothing about until I returned it. This was ridiculous and feel like Best Buy didn’t want to take any responsibility. I am going to be ending my credit card with them and most likely never go back there.
