I really like the Apple Watch the only drawback is the salesman said it had the Blood Pressure sensor but it doesn’t you have to order a blood pressure machine that is compatible that downloads to the device

Things don’t work exactly as promised So o a Returning and hoping to exchange this watch

Display is larger and easier to read than older models.

Bought this watch for my wife to be able to monitor oxygen levels quickly and anywhere she was at. Due to an ongoing issue that Apple has the oxygen app will only work with the health app on your phone.

Open box items don't get warranty from purchase date from Apple. This is not made obvious on the listings. I learnt it after long phone calls with Apple. Buyer beware

I updated my Watch ONLY for one reason to have battery last longer. I used to have Watch series 8. It doesn’t last much longer if compared to Watch series 8.

this marketplace garbage. dont ever buy a gift for someone you are intending to give more than 15 days later. i bought this watch for my wife and gave it to her 16 days later. it was the wrong color. between Best Buys absurd 15 day return window and their hidden marketplace stupidity i cant exchange or return it. they allow these garbage marketplace sellers but then dont allow regular Beat Buy exchanges. well they lost a customer forever. Bye Best Buy.

TAKES A LOT OF TIME TO LEARN ABOUT ALL THE FEATURES. SOME KIND OF DOCUMENTATION TO EXPLAIN THE BASICS WOULD BE NICE.

Doesn’t last as much charge, i don’t think it calculates steps correctly or it takes to long to update

I bought this for my son and he hates it. The watch does not stayed charged. I was confused, I knew I bought a New watch. I waited for it to go on sale during Xmas. I swear they sent me a refurbished watch. The watch had stickers on box. But it was closed . I was gonna take it back but my son kept saying you couldn’t. But all in all he hates it. He is 18 yrs old, and he says why wear it , if it does not keep charge. He might as well get a watch with a battery at least it will not die by the next day.

It is not bad but to small for people with eye problem

Too expensive, needs to charged almost everyday. Other than that it’s not a bad smartwatch.

Bought for my wife. Technology is not her thing so I ended up returning it. I would never buy an Apple product otherwise. Always overpriced. Fitbit provides the same arrythmia technology that Apple provides. And Fitbit makes a profit, so imagine the ripoff that Apple is. Those beautiful stores of theirs? YOU pay for them. I do not

Bought this for my wife for Christmas had it less than a mouth and the band keet coming open took back to best buy and they told me there was noughing they could but sell me a new bad are take to the Apple Store so i did and the Apple Store told me because i bought it some where else all they could is sell me a new band for $45.00 dollar . So i could give a zero stars to Best Buy i would i have spent a lot of money with Best Buy but no more !!!! Best Buy used to be a good store but it has gone down hill !

I purchased a watch and a sales person asked me yo take there credit card without interest for 36 months so i have taken and then in the statement they asked me to pay full amount.what a waste of time,i visited store couple of times and no one helps they ask you to call credit card customer care ,and when i call they no one respond to call.so at last i have paid full amount. WORSR DECISION TO BUY IN BEST BUY THERE CUSTOM SERVICE SUCKS BIG TRAP

Apple watch has really terrible battery life and I have to charge these every single day. I don't want that hassle!

Looks cool, and fun to use, but got the wrong product so I’m not sure how great it is.

I ordered the what but they delivered the wrong one and when I called the found out what happened to my order, they told me can go to the store and exchange what the stores management said no, we can deal with the online orders , then I have to call again and go to FedEx to return the back to watch and I weigh six dollars my own bucket just to return it back and till now I have a get my refund money back yet it has been more than one week
