The item itself is great but the hassle of getting to talk to someone if you have questions is next to impossible. I ask the person at the pickup counter if someone could help us load info onto the new phone and said he was not allowed to work on iPhone and that the geek squad could but they were very busy and might be a long wait. So we left as a unsatisfied customer and I had to find someone to help transfer info to new phone. So my suggestion is hire someone to answer the phone when a customer calls so that they can direct you to someone to help you.

Love seeing how my aerobics workout and how many miles I have walked. Unfortunately right now haven’t been doing my daily walks with my dogs. It’s just been way too cold. Seeing the amount of calories I’ve burned each day helps me watch what I’m eating.
