It’s been incredibly helpful. I love the watch and not having to check my phone so often or even bring it into stores thanks to tap to pay right on my watch!

The salesperson was excellent. The apple representative was there he said I made a good choice. The salesperson came over got my Apple Watch and I was out of the store in a half an hr the customer service was excellent

I have never owned anything like this, and I love this watch! it charges fast, super easy setup, and I am not tech savvy at all.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my wife and she absolutely loved it. No issues with the watch and setting it up was a breeze. Just had to hold her iPhone next to it and within a couple of minutes it was all set up. Excellent watch, would definitely buy it again.

Although Apple products are notoriously overpriced, I buy them because I like the convenience! I hate the standard watch bands, but did like the purple color. I ordered the item twice from Best Buy. The first time it was deemed "undeliverable" by Fed Ex. The second time I had it delivered to the store and an empty box was delivered. I was told it was stolen by someone at Fed Ex. I wish Best Buy would use UPS!

Very nice item, very easy to use, it doesn't weigh much, a very smart device and very convenient to use anytime, anywhere.

I bought my Apple Watch and 2 weeks later they were on sale so I went back into the store and they credited me the difference of what I paid and the sale price with no questions. Best Buy is great!! I live my watch
