The watch was great. The store itself was horrible. Madison east told us we could exchange the band for a bigger one at Apple Store. YOU CANNOT. Found out after waiting in line at Apple Store. Had to go back and return it and reorder and have it shipped

I’ve really enjoyed using the Apple Watch. It integrates seamlessly with my iPhone, tracks fitness and health accurately, and makes it easy to stay organized with notifications. It’s become a helpful part of my daily routine.

I traded Samsung watch for Apple Smartwatch Series 11 because of the more comprehensive medical features I need for health monitoring. Best Buy gave me a good trade in on my Samsung watch. Happy with my Apple Watch and very pleased with the helpful service I received.
