    It's an Apple watch it just works great was cheaper at Best buy than the Apple store by 50 bucks the only thing customer service at Best buy is starting to get bad please Best buy get better I want to see your stores stay open you guys are the last electronic store left.

    Watch is nice. One thing that would be helpful is to state what phone updates need to be in place on your phone before proceeding with watch pairing.

    Disappointed the sound/volume is extremely low took it back to the store after checking nothing was wrong with the watch, associate exchanged it but new one is the same. My old series 3 watch had much better sound, other than that everything else is good
