The apple representative was there he said I made a good choice. The salesperson came over got my Apple Watch and I was out of the store in a half an hr the customer service was excellent

I like the Apple Watch!

I hate the standard watch bands, but did like the purple color. I ordered the item twice from Best Buy. The first time it was deemed "undeliverable" by Fed Ex. The second time I had it delivered to the store and an empty box was delivered. I was told it was stolen by someone at Fed Ex. I wish Best Buy would use UPS!
