I wasn't planning on buying a new Apple watch so close to Christmas, but then mine died. The Best Buy representative was great about explaining my options for repair or new. He never pressured me one way or the other but gave me great facts. I decided on a new upgraded one. I love the new features and the purple sports band.

Got this Apple Watch for my son for Christmas. He absolutely loved it. I mistakenly bought the wrong band size and ordered the replacement. Apple Watch is easy to setup and he is getting great health related data which was the primary reason asking for a device.

I love this watch. I’m glad I decided to buy it while it was on sale as well. I can wven you may old bands from my older model. There is so many features. My favorite is being able to monitor my heart rate. If you were thinking of upgrading just do it.

Was a hit for Christmas! Lots of feature and good battery. Got the version with only GPS. Paired with the iPhone easily but did require an iOS update on the phone. Looks stylish and can be personalized to the correct font size and the apps you want. Perfect gift!

Series 11 Apple Watch works very well and is easy to use. The display is clear, performance is smooth, and health features like heart rate and activity tracking are very helpful. It connects well with iPhone and feels premium. Battery life could be better, as it usually needs daily charging. Also, it is a bit expensive compared to other smartwatches. Overall, it is a very good smartwatch with great features, but battery life and price can be improved.

I love my new Apple Watch! It has so many features! Very easy to set up, pair with your phone, charge, etc. The battery lasts a long time—at least 2 days. My old watch had to be charged nightly.

Once again, Apple does not disappoint! And neither does Best Buy. Beautiful watch with so many features. Especially good are the exercise, sleep and activity trackers, and health features like fall detection and AFIB monitoring.

Although Apple products are notoriously overpriced, I buy them because I like the convenience! I hate the standard watch bands, but did like the purple color. I ordered the item twice from Best Buy. The first time it was deemed "undeliverable" by Fed Ex. The second time I had it delivered to the store and an empty box was delivered. I was told it was stolen by someone at Fed Ex. I wish Best Buy would use UPS!

I LOVE the 11th Gen Apple Smart Watch! It does not take long to charge & lasts most of my daytime activities! I traded in my 7th Gen Apple watch & got $50 off the new one! I LOVE the Snoopy face & have a fall alarm, since I live alone. I highly recommend this wonderful watch!

I traded Samsung watch for Apple Smartwatch Series 11 because of the more comprehensive medical features I need for health monitoring. Best Buy gave me a good trade in on my Samsung watch. Happy with my Apple Watch and very pleased with the helpful service I received.

Best Buy had the best price. Best Buy's web site was easy to navigate. Delivery was quick (next morning). I'm very happy with the new watch, especially with the 42mm face and better battery life.
