It is not bad but to small for people with eye problem

Too expensive, needs to charged almost everyday. Other than that it’s not a bad smartwatch.

Bought this for my wife for Christmas had it less than a mouth and the band keet coming open took back to best buy and they told me there was noughing they could but sell me a new bad are take to the Apple Store so i did and the Apple Store told me because i bought it some where else all they could is sell me a new band for $45.00 dollar . So i could give a zero stars to Best Buy i would i have spent a lot of money with Best Buy but no more !!!! Best Buy used to be a good store but it has gone down hill !

Watch is what it is but the clerk sold me the wrong size band so I was disappointed

Bought for my wife. Technology is not her thing so I ended up returning it. I would never buy an Apple product otherwise. Always overpriced. Fitbit provides the same arrythmia technology that Apple provides. And Fitbit makes a profit, so imagine the ripoff that Apple is. Those beautiful stores of theirs? YOU pay for them. I do not

I purchased a watch and a sales person asked me yo take there credit card without interest for 36 months so i have taken and then in the statement they asked me to pay full amount.what a waste of time,i visited store couple of times and no one helps they ask you to call credit card customer care ,and when i call they no one respond to call.so at last i have paid full amount. WORSR DECISION TO BUY IN BEST BUY THERE CUSTOM SERVICE SUCKS BIG TRAP

I ordered the what but they delivered the wrong one and when I called the found out what happened to my order, they told me can go to the store and exchange what the stores management said no, we can deal with the online orders , then I have to call again and go to FedEx to return the back to watch and I weigh six dollars my own bucket just to return it back and till now I have a get my refund money back yet it has been more than one week

I returned it. It went on sale four days after I bought it. At Best Buy! They should have informed me that it would be on sale soon.

Worse experience I have ever had I ordered my item on Dec 23 we are now on Jan 10 and I still haven’t received my order so many run arounds and lies over the phone I just decided to cancel everything an take my business another place if you have time to waste go to Best Buy if not take your business another way

You can go in best buy and spend any amount, and they make sure you walk out with out a bagged item, or buy them!

The product was delivered, but when opened, there was no watch inside! I've requested a refund from the Best Buy customer service, but haven't heard back (notwithstanding my discussion with a customer service rep). This is so disappointing.

Bought Apple Watch. Had to be shipped. When shipment was received, the Fed Ex box was empty. I immediately called Best Buy customer service was horrible

For me, I am not sure the purchase was worth it. Battery does not seem to last longer. Not sure it is much better than Apple Watch 9. Delivery was a problem since the watch was stolen while in transit or prior to delivery to me.

Easy to get low battery. Everyday I need to charge it.

Great watch, Apple made a great product. Screen is good size.

This has made my life way more productive and increased my ability to multitask without worrying about carrying my phone around constantly. The size was perfect, even though initially I was a little apprehensive about sizing down to the 42mm from the larger version I previously had. This fits my wrist perfectly!

It was a great time to buy the watch since the prices have now gone up officially. I purchased it for a friend who has health issues and does fall. It is a wonderful way of monitoring and notifying 911 in case it falls. Also I do like the EKG features the monitor heart rate rates. Love the watch and it’s very nice to wear.
