Wife love her watch. Works great and battery life is excellent.

Didn’t like unknowingly buying from a third party seller on an expensive electronic. I purposely buy these types of things from “trustworthy “ stores & now that trust is gone. The watch is great. Learning curve to all its features. Love the comfort of Apple Watches.

I am loving this product, I love its size, how it looks, the color combination is absolutely fantastic.

I wanted a new Apple Watch 11, and trade in my Apple Watch 8. I checked Apple’s website, and based on my watch’s serial number and condition with scratches, was promised $78. But I thought I could just get the new watch a my local Best Buy which would give me the same deal. But when I submitted my watch as trade in, Best Buy would only give me $28!!! So the new watch yes, but Best Buy’s trade in, not so much! Shame on you, Best Buy!!!

The item itself is great but the hassle of getting to talk to someone if you have questions is next to impossible. I ask the person at the pickup counter if someone could help us load info onto the new phone and said he was not allowed to work on iPhone and that the geek squad could but they were very busy and might be a long wait. So we left as a unsatisfied customer and I had to find someone to help transfer info to new phone. So my suggestion is hire someone to answer the phone when a customer calls so that they can direct you to someone to help you.

This watch lasts so long throughout my day, this was a major upgrade from my series 3

I loved my S10 but had to trade in for the S11 based on the differences and wow I am so impressed and more in love with the S11 enhancements. If need wait for next sale DO NOT pass the opportunity. I love Best Buy the entire process is seamless and the tech in store does it all with you on transfer from 1 to the next ! Can’t go wrong !

Love my new Apple series 11 watch. This is my third Apple Watch and they’ve all worked great, however, the speaker did quit working on my series 10 following a software upgrade. I could have had it fixed as it was under Apple Care warranty, but didn’t bother.

Love it easy to use and set up beautiful color and a great gift

Upgraded to this watch from a Gen1 SE. Screen is better and brighter overall. Other than a few tweaks, it otherwise works the same. My main reason for replacing my 4-year old SE was security, as updates/support for mine had expiree. I like the fact that this watch has a 6-digit code, and the watch and phone can unlock each other. Battery life is awesome, too!

I absolutely love my watch. I love how it can track almost ALL of my health/nutrition. Gets me up and moving when I need to. I use it all the time and love the sleep app that lets you know your sleep rating.

I bought a new Apple Watch for better features and longer battery life. I like it, it still does everything I need but the battery life could be better.

Can't ever go wrong with Apple! I love my watch. It works harmoniously with my iPhone. I've had experience trying to use an Android phone and watch, and nothing compares! Apple for the win!
