Bought this as a surprise upgrade for my wife. She has loved it.

I bought this for my wife who absolutely loves it! In her line of work, she is not always able to pull out her phone to answer calls/text messages right away. The apple watch gives her the ability to review the calls/text and respond if needed. It also has a lot of fitness and health features which she is all about! highly recommend!

Bought this as a replacement for an older Apple Watch. I went from a 40mm to a 42mm and I love it. Works just like my last watch.

Was a gift for a colleague. Its a nice watch and works well. Unfortunately the band gives my colleague a rash. Need to replace the wristband with something else.

Purchased this to monitor some health issues and for its feature that will call 911 if a fall happens. So far very happy with the watch and the sense of extra security it gives me.

The item itself is great but the hassle of getting to talk to someone if you have questions is next to impossible. I ask the person at the pickup counter if someone could help us load info onto the new phone and said he was not allowed to work on iPhone and that the geek squad could but they were very busy and might be a long wait. So we left as a unsatisfied customer and I had to find someone to help transfer info to new phone. So my suggestion is hire someone to answer the phone when a customer calls so that they can direct you to someone to help you.
