I loved my S10 but had to trade in for the S11 based on the differences and wow I am so impressed and more in love with the S11 enhancements. If need wait for next sale DO NOT pass the opportunity. I love Best Buy the entire process is seamless and the tech in store does it all with you on transfer from 1 to the next ! Can’t go wrong !

Upgraded to this watch from a Gen1 SE. Screen is better and brighter overall. Other than a few tweaks, it otherwise works the same. My main reason for replacing my 4-year old SE was security, as updates/support for mine had expiree. I like the fact that this watch has a 6-digit code, and the watch and phone can unlock each other. Battery life is awesome, too!

Helps me stay reachable and informed without being tethered to my phone. The new speaker lets me listen to music without headphones.

What is there to say...if you are in the Apple ecosystem this watch fits in perfectly and communicates with all other Apple devices seamlessly. Very helpful for health monitoring/steps/fitness and Apple Health. Get it with BestBuy Total and AppleCare is included!

A great upgrade for my wife from her SE, better battery life, and, although the watch itself isn’t much larger, the screen feels much larger.

series 11 works great, however, it could have better battery life. Furthermore, I was disappointed when my trade-in, I shipped through FedEx was stolen upon receipt at Best Buy. Best Buy did not seem to care the asset was stolen out of the box. Best Buy basically said, wasn’t their problem. Bottom line take your trade into the store and trade it in.

I wasn't planning on buying a new Apple watch so close to Christmas, but then mine died. The Best Buy representative was great about explaining my options for repair or new. He never pressured me one way or the other but gave me great facts. I decided on a new upgraded one. I love the new features and the purple sports band.
