He never pressured me one way or the other but gave me great facts. I decided on a new upgraded one. I love the new features and the purple sports band.

series 11 works great, however, it could have better battery life. Furthermore, I was disappointed when my trade-in, I shipped through FedEx was stolen upon receipt at Best Buy. Best Buy did not seem to care the asset was stolen out of the box. Best Buy basically said, wasn’t their problem. Bottom line take your trade into the store and trade it in.
