shipping very fast and product was in very great condition.

Loved my series 7 until the screen went out. Paid 500 for it and rhen was told wwll they go out. If i spend that much on a regular watch that i would go ballistic . Bought a second one because got used to having one. Hope it last longer.

What did you expect. You pay for it, you get it. Sometimes, you even use it.

The watch is good, but it doesn’t have the blood pressure reading that I bought it for. I had to buy another brand of watch in order to get the actual blood pressure reading technology that was advertised on the Apple Watch 11 and Ultra. Very disappointing. I also had the worst experience ever with the purchase of the watch. I have Best Buy total, but the staff gave me the runaround to transfer my data from my other watch. The supervisor actually told me to go to the Apple Store to do the data transfer when they had a little difficulty. I ended up having to do most of the transfer work myself. As I was working on it, the supervisor kept running past me with her head turned away because she knew she did a horrible job.

Best Buy will not get my business or any good reviews in the future as I was misled by a store rep in Sioux Falls, SD. Rep stated if I was to apply for the Best Buy credit I would receive 20% off my purchase. During the time of application and running thru the transaction the sales rep stated to contact the CC company when I received the account and ask for the Credit to be applied to get the 20% off. To no avail Citi and Best Buy's Customer Service Reps passed me around for a few calls and ended up with no Credit or 20% off.

good watch, but way to complicated for this old man

Apple Watches are great, but don’t buy this, or anything from Best Buy. They cancelled my order because their driver “couldn’t deliver it.” 5 weeks , 3 chats and 2 phone calls later, I have still not been refunded the gift card I purchased this with. If I ever get my gift card refunded, I will use the balance of it and that will be the final purchase I ever make from this Godforsaken company.

Best buy is pure crap, they don't pay you for your trade in. It's been over 30 days since they received my trade in, with countless calls it would have been easier to skip the trade in. Do yourself a favor skip Bestbuy
