They use DoorDash to delivery my product and it went missing and they refuse to help

No one was around to help. I saw an employee and requested assistance in purchasing the Apple watch, he told me he would get someone to assist. 15-20 minutes later someone shows up. I waited as this was a xmas present for my son.

Unfortunately, I did not receive my item. I waited 15 days for it and was never able to pick it up; it never arrived.

I bought the watch in late November, 2025 and the watch is from 2024 (per the serial number); thus, it doesn’t have the functionality of the new 2025

My last watch was a series 6. This battery is so much better. Going from 44 to 46 mm is a bigger upgrade than I was expecting.

The new Apple watch series 11 is great. Lond battery life, great functions.

Was time to replace my Series 6 and it was this or the 10 on clearance. This has better battery life so I paid the extra $20. Starting to track sleep quality, so the upgrade makes sense. My 6 was cellular, I literally never needed or used it so I gave it up for the savings. Jet Black is the best aluminum finish on an Apple Watch I’ve ever seen.

Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with both the product and my experience with Best Buy. The product exceeded my expectations in terms of quality, performance, and design. it works smoothly and feels very premium. On top of that, Best Buy’s service was amazing. The ordering process was easy, delivery was quick, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Customer support was also very helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend both this product and Best Buy to anyone looking for a reliable purchase experience.

Great watch, charge lasts a long time with constant use. The heart monitor and health features are great to have.

Just upgraded to this one today. This one suits me since I do not want the one with the phone on it. I like the connectivity to your iPhone and the ability to connect to wifi. That more than serves my purposes. I addition to exploring the apps that work effectively with the device. it would be nice if apple provided a discount deal on a few different bands.

The watch is nice, I don’t even feel it’s on most of the time, just wish battery would last longer

This was a gift and it was a huge hit. They love how convenient and stylish the Apple Watch is, and it’s been incredibly useful day to day.

Still learning all of the features but love how it pairs to my iPhone! It’s like having a cell phone on your wrist!
