First, let me Thank You for being proactive by reshipping this order, however I did not request this as it states in the body of the message I received yesterday. I look forward to receiving it soon. I can only assume that this action was taken due to information provided by FedEx, as the shipment left Macon GA on Wednesday 4/8/26, arrived at Ellenwood GA 4/8/26 8:10pm, departed Ellenwood GA 4/9 at 2:34am and arrived in Cypress TX on 4/9 at 10:42pm (this shipment should have departed Ellenwood to be received at Spartanburg SC). Item departed Cypress TX on 4/10 at 7:04 am and arrived in Montgomery AL at 7:08pm same day. At that point the message on my end was that the shipment was delayed. No update since the from FedEx. Now some more background to this story, first order was for black Apple Watch in March, shipment was diverted from Ellenwood GA to Port St Lucie FL, shipment was finally delivered to my home, upon inspection the bottom of the package had been tampered with and re taped. When opened the Apple Watch was missing from the package. I returned the package as damaged, and did receive the new shipment intact. Second order for rose gold Apple Watch, shipment received while I was at home, met the FedEx driver as he removed the package from his truck, and noticed again the bottom of the package had been tampered with and re taped. I opened the package in front of the driver and again the AppleWatch was missing, so I refused the shipment. I contacted Best Buy and FedEx. FedEx reviewed camera footage and saw where package had been tampered with. Best Buy sent me another Apple Watch which is the shipment describe above in this message. I can only surmise that this is the third watch lost in transit via FedEx due to no new updates on shipment. Thank you for listening and take this information and act!

Apple Watch Series 11 is very good and now I’m monitoring all activities regularly. I would recommend to buy this.

I had a very frustrating experience purchasing an Apple Watch from Best Buy. I bought an “open-box excellent” Apple Watch Series 11 that was supposed to come with a genuine black band, but instead it came with a completely different green sport loop—and to make matters worse, it wasn’t even an authentic Apple band. I contacted support and was told I could go to any store to resolve the issue. When I went to the Best Buy location at the Mall of Louisiana, I was passed around between multiple employees for about 30 minutes before a manager told me the only solution was to return the item. When I tried to return it, I was then told I couldn’t because I didn’t have the “original” band—which is ironic because I was never given the correct band in the first place. At this point, I’ve been given conflicting information, wasted time in-store, and still have no resolution. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and feels very unprofessional. If you’re considering buying open-box items, especially Apple products, I would strongly recommend thinking twice.

If you use Garmin, please don’t switch!!!! I regret my decision. Nothing is available like it is on Garmin. This is awful. I have to charge it every 18-24 hours. I have to go to apps to find my vitals and forget real time vitals tracking on your wrist or phone…maybe “they have an App for that” tired of hearing people say that as well. If you want your phone on your wrist where you have to search for the app, then buy an Apple Watch. But if you want what Garmin offers for active lifestyles, get a Garmin. You’ll be happier even with a cheap Garmin.

If I could give them a negative star I would. I ordered an I watch 11 for my wife three weeks before Christmas. It was supposed to come a week before Christmas to my house. Best Buy lost my item through FedEx never contacted me. I had to reach out to Best Buy And then I am now waiting 10 business days to get my money back. I also am now stuck, trying to find an Apple Watch 11 three days before Christmas, which will be impossible. Even if I can find one at this late hour, I will be paying way more than what I was going to be paying originally. Best Buy offered nothing extra and no apologies. And extremely horrible company, and will never receive any more of my business.

Price guarantee was not honored. Price dropped an additional $40 after purchase. They refused to refund the difference as promised even though I am a Total member.

Love my watch! Chose series 11 to monitor my sleep habits. Set my sleep timers and every morning I’m able to review my sleep habits for that day, week, or month. Very comfortable as well as battery charge duration is fantastic.

I’ve found it to be very helpful for my workouts. I bought this bc the one had that was series 7 stop working for some reason
