Nice watch but once again Apple products cost way more than they should

Overall a nice product with good heat rate tracking.

I like it but am finding it hard to justify as I just don’t really use it but I do wear it everyday

not that convenient given it must be recharged every 2 days and everything is tied to the iPhone

This order took forever to get to me. Wanted to surprise my husband with this watch but got delivered two weeks after his birthday. Had to constantly send emails to the seller before I was able to get updates on the status of the order.

The watch the lack of help or knowledge of the staff was the problem.

Best Buy will not get my business or any good reviews in the future as I was misled by a store rep in Sioux Falls, SD. Rep stated if I was to apply for the Best Buy credit I would receive 20% off my purchase. During the time of application and running thru the transaction the sales rep stated to contact the CC company when I received the account and ask for the Credit to be applied to get the 20% off. To no avail Citi and Best Buy's Customer Service Reps passed me around for a few calls and ended up with no Credit or 20% off.

The watch is good, but it doesn’t have the blood pressure reading that I bought it for. I had to buy another brand of watch in order to get the actual blood pressure reading technology that was advertised on the Apple Watch 11 and Ultra. Very disappointing. I also had the worst experience ever with the purchase of the watch. I have Best Buy total, but the staff gave me the runaround to transfer my data from my other watch. The supervisor actually told me to go to the Apple Store to do the data transfer when they had a little difficulty. I ended up having to do most of the transfer work myself. As I was working on it, the supervisor kept running past me with her head turned away because she knew she did a horrible job.

Apple Watches are great, but don’t buy this, or anything from Best Buy. They cancelled my order because their driver “couldn’t deliver it.” 5 weeks , 3 chats and 2 phone calls later, I have still not been refunded the gift card I purchased this with. If I ever get my gift card refunded, I will use the balance of it and that will be the final purchase I ever make from this Godforsaken company.

Best buy is pure crap, they don't pay you for your trade in. It's been over 30 days since they received my trade in, with countless calls it would have been easier to skip the trade in. Do yourself a favor skip Bestbuy

No one was around to help. I saw an employee and requested assistance in purchasing the Apple watch, he told me he would get someone to assist. 15-20 minutes later someone shows up. I waited as this was a xmas present for my son.

Price guarantee was not honored. Price dropped an additional $40 after purchase. They refused to refund the difference as promised even though I am a Total member.

Unfortunately, I did not receive my item. I waited 15 days for it and was never able to pick it up; it never arrived.

I bought the watch in late November, 2025 and the watch is from 2024 (per the serial number); thus, it doesn’t have the functionality of the new 2025

Bought the new watch and paid to have it ready for me to use Came back the next day and Best Buy staff couldn’t get it working so I returned it Some problem with apple connection
