good watch, but way to complicated for this old man

Apple Watches are great, but don’t buy this, or anything from Best Buy. They cancelled my order because their driver “couldn’t deliver it.” 5 weeks , 3 chats and 2 phone calls later, I have still not been refunded the gift card I purchased this with. If I ever get my gift card refunded, I will use the balance of it and that will be the final purchase I ever make from this Godforsaken company.

Purchased from store; however, told lost in shipping and no longer available.

Best buy is pure crap, they don't pay you for your trade in. It's been over 30 days since they received my trade in, with countless calls it would have been easier to skip the trade in. Do yourself a favor skip Bestbuy

No one was around to help. I saw an employee and requested assistance in purchasing the Apple watch, he told me he would get someone to assist. 15-20 minutes later someone shows up. I waited as this was a xmas present for my son.

They use DoorDash to delivery my product and it went missing and they refuse to help

Unfortunately, I did not receive my item. I waited 15 days for it and was never able to pick it up; it never arrived.

I bought the watch in late November, 2025 and the watch is from 2024 (per the serial number); thus, it doesn’t have the functionality of the new 2025

Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with both the product and my experience with Best Buy. The product exceeded my expectations in terms of quality, performance, and design. it works smoothly and feels very premium. On top of that, Best Buy’s service was amazing. The ordering process was easy, delivery was quick, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Customer support was also very helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend both this product and Best Buy to anyone looking for a reliable purchase experience.

At first I was hesitant about buying the Apple Watch series 11 not because of anything bad just me in general. As I was there in the store with my daughter who purchased a laptop I kept going back to the watch and finally said yes. I work hard and do for everyone else so it was time for me to do something for myself and I love the watch. Display is gorgeous and I can really see things better on the watch. I love the watch keyboard makes it easier to text. I love how the watch has heart rate and Blood pressure app. I have high blood pressure so this helps and I definitely use the workout feature as well especially with me walking a lot. I can say this was a great purchase for me coming from the Apple Series 3 version.

My last watch was a series 6. This battery is so much better. Going from 44 to 46 mm is a bigger upgrade than I was expecting.

The new Apple watch series 11 is great. Lond battery life, great functions.

Was time to replace my Series 6 and it was this or the 10 on clearance. This has better battery life so I paid the extra $20. Starting to track sleep quality, so the upgrade makes sense. My 6 was cellular, I literally never needed or used it so I gave it up for the savings. Jet Black is the best aluminum finish on an Apple Watch I’ve ever seen.

Didn’t know what I was missing by not owning this watch sooner. This is helpful for so many things like tracking workouts and sleep, as well as appointments and so, so much more!
