After having a Fitbit for several years, my last one died after only a year, I decided to upgrade to Apple. The Apple has so many choices of apps and design. The only negative thing is the battery doesn't last very long before needing charging . I have to pretty much charge it every day but it does charge quick .

If you have an iphone, it integrates perfectly and migration from an older apple watch is easy. Back up you iphone, unpair the old watch and pair the new one
