Something that became a must-have as a caretaker

This watch has helped me in ways I couldn’t imagine- like being able to make emergency calls on my watch if my phone wasn’t in reach, making sure I don’t miss important phone calls regarding his care team, even monitoring my sleep and heart rate given my health is a bit compromised in my situation. I survived without it, but overall management of my situation and life has improved with it.
